  • Running shoes, exercise mat (or large towel), water bottle, and a hand towel
  • Recommended:  light weights  (for classes outside SFX only) 
    • Women – 5lbs – 10lbs
    • Men – 10lbs – 15lbs
  • Appropriate clothes for the class location
