SFX is a professional, fully loaded facility designed to meet all of your fitness needs. From youth fitness to professional athletes, casual exercisers to hardcore enthusiasts, you can get what you need. Our facility includes:
Exercise floor with
- Free Motion strength equipment
- Precor pulling station
- Williams Strength dual power rack
- Free weights
- Functional equipment including bands, balls, rings, TRX and balance pads
Cardio Area with:
- 3 Precor treadmills
- 2 Cybex arc trainers and 1 Cybex stepper
3 lane, 25 yard running track
20' x 30' turf field
Group exercise room
Locker room with personal lockers, changing area, and showers with complimentary towels
