X-Core Training

Get pumped and motivated with every x-core training session. SFX’s boot camp-inspired training program is designed to challenge all fitness levels. Each class pushes you to your limit, with a full body workout, consisting of cardio, strength, core, and intervals.

HIIT Circuit

Tuesday & Thursday @ 9am & 6pm

Enjoy this 60-minute High-intensity Interval training class that involves exerting your maximum energy during short periods of time. Includes bursts of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises followed by brief periods of recovery.

Wednesdays @ 8:00am 

Go with the flow with all levels Vinyasa style practice with traditional yoga poses that flow and transition positions from one to another for a full body stretch-core-strength workout.
